How do I install the extension?

Search for "Fluenxy" on the Chrome Web Store, Microsoft Edge Add-ons, or Firefox Add-ons (AMO), depending on your browser. Click Add / Install and it's ready immediately.

How do I sign in?

Click the Fluenxy icon in your extensions bar (๐Ÿ’Ž). A panel opens with a "Sign in with Google" button. Any Google account works โ€” we only request the minimum needed for authentication.

What's the difference between Free and Premium?

Free lets you use the extension on any site with daily limits (10 min of voice, 50 translations, 50 words in the Grimoire) and an "energy" system of 15 sessions per mode on YouTube. Premium removes all limits, unlocks Cloud voice recognition (Groq Whisper, ultra-fast), and syncs your progress across devices.

How do I upgrade to Premium?

In the extension panel, click Unlock Pro. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe page where you can pay by card. Access is active seconds after the payment is confirmed.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Click the payment button in the extension again. Instead of taking you to checkout, it opens the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can cancel, update your card, or view invoices.

Does Fluenxy store my audio?

No. Audio captured for voice recognition is sent directly to the transcription API (browser-native Web Speech API on Free, Groq Whisper on Premium) and never stored on our servers.

YouTube modes don't show up. How do I enable them?

Modes only show on YouTube video pages (youtube.com/watch?v=...). Look for the "๐Ÿ•ต๏ธ Infiltrate", "๐Ÿ“– Read", or "๐ŸŽง Listen & Repeat" buttons near the player controls. If you don't see them, reload the page with Ctrl+F5.

I switched browser. Can I recover my progress?

On Premium, your progress syncs automatically once you sign in with the same Google account on the new browser. On Free, progress is local โ€” it doesn't carry over.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email us at hello@getfluenxy.com with the subject "Account deletion". We remove everything within 30 days.
